When it comes to a divorce, there is nothing worse than the emotional toll it can take on you. The thing is though, the financial burden of the whole thing is a lot to handle as well. For some people, because of their current financial situation, may find that the cost of the divorce causes them to have the delay the whole thing all together.

From all of the challenges and problems in life one of the hardest things to overcome are problems which involve the family. There are a lot of people out there that are holding off on starting their divorce for the simple fact that they do not think that they have enough money to go through with it. Even people who are in agreement as to how all of the divorce affairs should be handled, think that they are not in a position to pay for a divorce attorney.

One of the biggest complaints that a lot of people have when it comes to their divorce is the amount of money that they spent on an attorney. Even when the two parties involved completely agree on the terms of the divorce, many believe that an attorney must be retained.

In the simplest terms, an uncontested divorce means that both parties agree that the marriage is and should be ended. In many states, a finding a fault is required in order for a court to enter an order dissolving a marriage. Missouri is a no-fault state.
